Historically, Lent was the season for a new Christian to learn the fundamentals of the faith in preparation for their baptism at Easter.  For modern Christians, Lent is a good time to remind ourselves of those things we might have learned once, but now take for granted.  You are encouraged to join us this year as Pastor Brian leads us through an introduction to the Bible.  We will take a bird’s-eye view of our scriptures, their major components, and the contexts in which they were written and edited.  Come to understand the Bible again, just like the first time.  Classes will begin at 7:00 PM and end promptly at 8:30 PM.
