Here’s what’s happening over the next few weeks
Sunday October 31st – Reformation
As we have been doing for the past several years, we are inviting members of the Bay Ministry Area Lutheran Churches to celebrate the Reformation with us. Of course we will not be able to enjoy a meal together but we will worship together. Covid protocols will still be in place so our numbers must be limited. Therefore, those wishing to attend MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE with the church office. Links to join our service virtually will be shared with the rest of the Bay Area churches.
Sunday November 7th – All Saints Sunday
On this day we will remember and honour those we have lost since All Saints Sunday 2020. If you have lost family members or friends during that time, and you wish to have them remembered on that day, please provide their names to the church office no later than November 1st.
Also on November 7th, immediately following the service, we will hold a congregational meeting to vote on the Synod proposal to engage a Student Pastor from May 2022 to May 2023. More details about this proposal will be made available in a letter that will be sent to all member households in the coming week.
Sunday November 14th – Lamp Sunday
Sunday November 21st – Reign of Christ Sunday
And then we begin Advent on November 28th!
