Thanksgiving for Baptism:
We give you thanks, O God, for the waters of life. For water to bathe in, water to drink,
For waters to play in and waters that inspire wonder, For water that gives life to our planet.
Response: From the waters, God has claimed us.
We give you thanks, O God, for the waters of this place
For clean water from our tap, for rain and snow,
For the Grand River, for Lake Erie, and Lake Ontario.
Response: From the waters, children of dust.
We give you thanks, O God, for your salvation through water: Noah, his family, and the animals survive the flood.
The Israelites escape through the sea.
The Samaritan woman will never thirst again.
Response: From the waters, into life.
We give you thanks, O God,
for the thirst itself, the thirst that has us yearn for your living water. Pour over us the living water of Jesus Christ, our Savior,
That each day, we may walk in your Life-Giving Spirit.

Prayer of the Day: –
O God, the fountain of living water, you quench our thirst and wash away our hurts. Give us this water always. Bring us to drink from the well that flows with the beauty of your truth through Jesus and the word. Your spirit among us, Amen.

LENTEN OFFERINGS: Special Lenten offering envelopes are available at both entrances. Lenten offerings this year are designated to CLWR for earthquake relief.
LABYRINTH PRAYER WALK: Each Wednesday through Lent (2-3:30 and 6:30-8pm), a Labyrinth will be set up in the church basement for any and all to come and use for a meditative time of movement and prayer. A prayer and short explanation by Vicar Bethan will kick off each of these sessions and the remainder is time for
quiet contemplation and individual meditation.
