Apostle’s Creed:
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.

suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried;
he descended to the dead. On the third day, he rose again;

Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Service of the Light
The God who said: Let there be light, has caused light to shine in our hearts.
That light is the glory of God reflected in the face of Jesus Christ.
As our candles are a sea of light lit from the light of Christ, so may the church reflect Christ’s light and love in the world.

Candles are lit, church lights are dimmed, a moment of silence is observed.
